Elevator & Lift Modernization and Upgrading System

Lifts are an integral part of a building’s infrastructure and as such, they need to be upgraded and modernized periodically. This is necessary because the older the lift, the more likely it is to have malfunctions and breakdowns.

Modernization of Elevators and Lifts is a process to upgrade the existing system with new equipment. It is done to improve the service quality and to meet the latest regulatory requirement.

The modernization process includes replacement of equipment, testing, commissioning, car cage decoration and so on. The modernization projects can be planned in a phased manner with proper planning and scheduling.

The first phase of modernization is replacement of equipment which involves replacing the old control panel with new one, replacing old cables with new ones, installing new door operator etc.

The second phase is testing and commissioning which includes checking all the components for proper operation, testing all components for safety operation etc.

The third phase is car cage decoration which includes painting of car cage or installation of glass panels on it etc.
